OnePlus 8 Pro can come with an AMOLED display faster than 120Hz

OnePlus 8 Pro

We started hearing reports about the next flagship of OnePlus around last month and as the weeks go on, we start getting more nuggets of clues and speculation about what the OnePlus 8 Pro looks like. We’ve heard reports that there could be a hole-punch screen and triple rear cameras on the back, and now the word on Twitter is that a 120Hz display might fill the Pro model.

Because OnePlus has only stuck in its flagships with AMOLED screens, it will most likely be the same panel again. This would be an update to the existing refresh rate of 90Hz on the OnePlus 7 Pro and OnePlus 7 T.

Max J tweet indicates that OnePlus could be ready to introduce a 120Hz screen on its upcoming smartphone, the One Plus 8 Pro. The separate report indicates that when it debuts next year, OnePlus will introduce its Fluid AMOLED display’s 120Hz version on the OnePlus 8 Pro. Apart from the battery and efficiency effects, this will make one of the smoothest devices around the OnePlus 8 Pro.
